I think you're probably good as long as you don't do sugar cookies. Sugar cookies are the candy corn of cookies, she'll definitely shred you for that. But the ones you mentioned should be fine.

No, that would definitely put you somewhere around a 6-7 on the scale. Sugar cookies are the worst. Even if you frost them, they're just dry and gritty. Worst cookies ever.
